Entertaining with Manoucher BARBAREE loaf

As the entertaining season continues and reunions get more frequent, it is always helpful to have some new recipes at hand.

We have discussed using Manoucher BARBAREE bread as a base for dessert in previous posts. This time we will be topping it with fresh ingredients; and will leave it up to you whether you want to bake it,  or eat as is.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2-4 oranges, sliced (remove orange peel to avoid bitter taste)
• Mascarpone cheese
• 1 or 2 bananas , sliced
• Honey

 

DIRECTIONS:

Spread Mascarpone cheese over Manoucher BARBAREE, layer orange and banana slices on top. Add a drizzle of honey.

Once you are done, you can lightly warm up in the oven and then drizzle some honey on top to serve.
