Entertaining with Manoucher FOKACHIO loaf

Entertaining with Manoucher FOKACHIO loaf

Entertaining season is upon us, and it can sometimes get a bit challenging for those of us less creative on the kitchen front, or when we are running short on time.

For the next few posts, we will be sharing some easy ways to set up beautiful and delicious appetizers.

Our Manoucher FOKACHIO bread is generously sprinkled with Tarragon, which provides a great base to explore multiple flavour profiles.

This time we will be pairing it with Roasted tomatoes and Garlic.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Large tomatoes
  • Vine tomatoes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic cloves
  • Manoucher FOKACHIO loaf
  • Olive oil

Cut the top part of the garlic cloves, place them in an oven-safe container and drizzle with abundant olive oil. Repeat the same with the tomatoes.

Place in a preheated oven. Constantly check on both.

Tomatoes will be ready first. Once the garlic cloves start sticking out, remove them from the oven.

Lay the tomatoes and garlic cloves on top of our (previously warmed and sliced) Manoucher FOKACHIO bread and then pour the juice from the tomatoes over.

Display as a centerpiece for the table, and let your guests enjoy!

HAPPY ENTERTAINING!
